True Winds Healing was established in Seattle Washington, where Trudy's healing journey began.  It was in Seattle where she first received Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs to help her overcome chronic pain from a car accident.  She feels as though she has completed a worldwide journey, returning back to her roots to share with the Seattle community what was given to her from this powerful medicine.

Acupuncture without Needles

There are new, innovative modalities to treat the East Asian Meridians, that do not involve needles.  Trudy aims to be a pioneer in bringing these to her patients, as they are the medicines of the future.  She integrates Sonopuncture (Acutonic's tuning forks) and Colorpuncture (Colored Light) into her treatment options, as some people have needle sensitivities.  Sound and light for healing are becoming more popular, as science advances in research about the body's magnetic fields.  Trudy has taken advanced courses in the Certification Programs for Acutonic's Sonopuncture and Esogetic Colorpuncture.  As a Reiki Master, she also integrates Reiki into her healing repertoire.

Western and Eastern Astrologer

Trudy has done Astrology Readings for over 15 years, with clients worldwide, independently and at East West Bookstore in Seattle and the Alexandria Institute in San Diego.  She completed the 2-year Evolutionary Astrology Training in Seattle with Laura Nalbandian at Astrology et al in 2003.   She studied with Master Richard Tan, the Ba Zi (Chinese Astrology and Feng Shui).   Trudy integrates the Western, Chinese and Ayurvedic Astrology methods into an all-encompassing system for deep and extensive readings and healing.
