The best thing about Reiki is that anyone can practice it. It’s easy to learn and so accessible because all one needs is their hands. Another interesting phenomenon is that many practitioners experience a more profound healing from giving Reiki than receiving it. Because he/she is a conduit for the Universal (Rei) Energy (Ki), the flow of ki through the body and out the hands clears their own energy blockages, leaving the practitioner refreshed & balanced.

Practicing Reiki is an accessible and safe way to explore the subtle energetic realms. Practitioners develop an intimate understanding of this elusive concept we refer to as Ki, Qi, or Prana. It’s a simple way to align one’s body, mind and soul with the subtle, energetic realms and feel at home being with this reality. It’s also a great opportunity to develop hand sensitivities and dexterity necessary for improving many activities and skills in your life. This can enhance your abilities for many tasks, ranging from the daily task of doing the dishes to a creative outlet of playing the drums, plus obviously enhancing any healing practice. Why take Reiki Classes with Trudy?

I personalize my classes according to my student’s interests and needs. Reiki is versatile and works synergistically with any healing art. In my classes, we can synthesize Reiki (at student’s request) with the A.R.T.S. of my foundation, to include Astrology, Tarot or Shamanism. Additionally, I introduce Sound Healing with Reiki to synthesize the healing powers of Reiki with sounds. Students have an opportunity to explore a variety of international instruments, such as, drum, rattle, rain stick, Tibetan bowls, kalimba, didgeridoo, zampona and tuning forks. Since I am a student of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), I offer an energetic foundation to healing by providing a simplified outline of Chinese Medicine Meridians and the Chakra System. Overall, I teach and inspire that there are no limits with Reiki; you can personalize it and take it as near or far as you wish!

REIKI 1:
Learning to Give Reiki to Yourself and Others
Weekend Workshop

This workshop covers the background and history of Reiki, plus the hands-on healing positions for treating self and others, including pets. You will receive Reiki attunements to establish yourself as a channel for healing and practice Reiki on yourself and others. No prerequisite required. Fee: $175

Reiki 1 Intensive for Health Practitioners - One Day Class

This is offered for Health Practitioners who already have experience in the healing arts, such as, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, or Nurses. This one day class provides all the materials and attunements from a Reiki 1 class, but less time for practicing the Reiki. It’s assumed the Health Practitioner already has skills and comfort levels in working with energy and healing. Prerequisite: Health Practitioner. Fee $100

REIKI 2: Learning the Ancient Reiki Symbols &
How to Send Distance Reiki
Reiki Practitioner Certification

With the foundation of Level 1, the Reiki student will be able to increase the flow of energy, address mental and emotional issues requiring healing, plus send Universal (Rei) Energy (Ki) to people, places and situations at a distance. You will learn the ancient Reiki symbols and experience how they work to help situations and symptoms change to more positive outcomes. This level opens up all dimensions, allowing one to send energy to the past, present or future and other non-ordinary realities. Prerequisite: Reiki 1. Weekend Workshop, Fee: $275

REIKI MASTER:
Earn Certification to Teach Reiki
and Give Attunements to Others

This completes the Reiki class series, allowing you to teach Reiki and offer attunements for others. You will learn to work with the Master Symbol, deepening your abilities to work with the Ki in healing capacities. Students complete and present a mock presentation as an introduction to their Reiki classes. This allows one to begin the development process of their personal style and receive constructive feedback. It is recommended that students practice and integrate Reiki 1 & 2 over the time period of at least 6 months before becoming a Master/Teacher. Prerequisite: Reiki 2. Individually arranged.
